As a valued Football Pure customer, we want to build a long-term partnership with you. We understand that international returns can be slow (often over a month) and expensive. That’s why we offer our win-win RESENT POLICY – a simpler solution than traditional returns/exchanges for qualifying situations.
How Our RESENT POLICY Works:
If your order meets one of the following conditions and we confirm the issue, we will resend a new package:
- SIZE / PRODUCT DEFECT:
- Short-Sleeve Jerseys: Provide a photo wearing the ill-fitting jersey for confirmation. Pay only $15 shipping (plus any applicable additional customization fee for personalized jerseys), and we’ll resend your correct size.
- Other Products (Non-Short-Sleeve): Provide proof of the issue (photo/video). Pay 50% of your original price, and we’ll resend the correct item.
- DELAYED SHIPMENT (Exceeding Declared Time):
- If the online trackable shipping time exceeds the “declared shipment time” by more than 60 days, contact us. We will resend your package free of charge.
- (Where to find “declared shipment time”: It’s shown on the checkout page when you select your shipping method (e.g., Free Shipping or DHL).)
- CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST PACKAGE:
- Provide official proof of the package being lost or seized by customs. After confirmation, we will resend your package free of charge and ensure you receive it.
Important Notes:
- Personalized/Customized Products: Cannot be returned/exchanged/resent under the Size/Defect policy unless you pay the applicable additional customization fee (Short-Sleeve Jerseys only).
- Face Covers: Are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or resends due to safety and hygiene reasons.
